When should you use a Move-Out Cleaning Service?
There are a handful of dreadful events that create a high level of stress. Moving is absolutely one of them. It’s not as bad as a divorce or an illness but it’s worse than puppy training or changing jobs, for sure!

Rental laws in most states state that a renter must return a home to the same condition that it was given to them in, minus normal wear and tear. My advice is to take pictures when you move in and when you move out. This shows the true condition. To avoid any unexpected problems, ask for a pre move out walk through. If that’s not possible, at least have a conversation about expectations and read your lease or purchase and sale agreement long before moving day.
